Lab Sections - Clinical Pathology
The Clinical Pathology Laboratory is located in the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital (VMTH), B202 Clydesdale Hall. It consists of a primary laboratory, a slide-reading room and library, an after-hours laboratory for use by clinicians and students, and an adjacent teaching laboratory. The Clinical Pathology Area was dedicated to the Missouri Veterinary Medical Association in recognition of their generous support of the College of Veterinary Medicine.
The primary mission of the Clinical Pathology Laboratory is to provide accurate and timely diagnostic service to the VMTH. This service is also available to veterinarians throughout Missouri and beyond. Other important missions are to support College and University research involving laboratory testing, and to enrich students’ educational experiences by providing a myriad of laboratory samples and test results for their evaluation.
