Special submission instructions
  • Provide 5-10 ml of serum collected in a ROYAL BLUE top tube.
  • Refrigerate serum and ship with cold packs.
  • Provide 50-100 grams (2-4 oz.) of liver and/or kidney, or as much as possible.
  • Frozen tissue samples are preferred but refrigerated are acceptable.
  • Ship tissues with cold packs.
  • If only a small sample is available for testing, contact the lab prior to shipping.
